MAS90 MAS200 - Locations Tab Screen
Use this screen to add or remove a shop location.
Description of fields on the Locations tab screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Add Location | Select this option to add the shop or location that the connection will use. |
| Remove Location | Selecting this option removes the selected location from the list. |
| Location | This is the name of the shop or location. |
| Subaccount |
This numeric value comes from the MAS90 MAS200 chart of accounts. Refer to your MAS90 MAS200 documentation. |
| A/R Division |
This numeric value comes from the MAS90 MAS200 chart of accounts. Refer to your MAS90 MAS200 documentation. |
| A/P Division |
This numeric value comes from the MAS90 MAS200 chart of accounts. Refer to your MAS90 MAS200 documentation. |
Description of fields on the Select A Location Screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Location | This value is the shop or location name. You cannot edit this field. |
| Current Accounting Connection | This value indicates the mapped location. You cannot edit this field. |
| OK | Select this option to save your selections and close the screen. |
| Cancel | Selecting this option closes the screen without saving. |
